위 표에서 보듯이 Agent 관계가 정립된 대부분의 선진국들은 대부분 3% 에서부터 최대 10%까지도 커미션을 지급하기도 한다.
평균 4~6%로 보면 무리가 없으며, 대부분 Seller가 Seller’s Agent에게 지급하여 50% 내외를 Buyer측의 Agent와 share하게 되는데, Buyer가 별도로 지불하는 것이 일반적인 국가에서는 이 요율의 절반 정도를 바이어와 셀러가 각각 지불하게 된다.
저가의 경우는 높고, 고가로 갈수록 적어진다. 5~6%인 경우 여기에 광고비도 포함된다.
